Job summary

AgeRight Therapy – Wesley Homes Lea Hill is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to lead a team of therapists and deliver person-centered care. This role partners with Wesley Homes Lea Hill to support residents and families, focusing on functional outcomes and quality of life.

The position emphasizes clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship within a growing senior-care network. New grads are encouraged to apply for career growth and development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of therapists while delivering person-centered care through AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based programs.
• Help manage financial goals and maintain regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range: $45 - $55/hr
