Job summary

AgeRight Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a multidisciplinary team across Parkshore, guiding daily rehab operations and ensuring quality patient outcomes.

You will drive financial goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and oversee community outreach while championing the journey to maximize function for patients, families, and staff in a senior care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
• Strives to positively represent their discipline and AgeRight Therapy in the community

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of therapists and wellness staff while overseeing daily rehabilitation operations
• Manage financial goals and maintain regulatory compliance
• Oversee community outreach, wellness programming, financial goals, and regulatory compliance
• Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co-workers, and self.

Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range: $35 - $55 /hr
