Job summary

AgeRight Therapy – River Hills Village seeks an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to lead and develop a multi-therapist team, delivering person-centred care through evidence-based programs and a shared commitment to excellence.

You will help manage financial goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion holistic outcomes for patients, families, and staff within a dynamic senior-care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited program with degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, PT Assistant, or OTA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of therapists delivering person-centered care through evidence-based programs.
• Help manage financial goals and regulatory compliance.
• Champion function across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive domains for patients and families.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
