Job summary

AgeRight Therapy's Heritage Rehabilitation Center seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a team of therapists and wellness staff and oversee daily rehabilitation operations. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, regulatory adherence, and financial stewardship within a dynamic senior-care network.

You will drive community wellness initiatives, partner with Marquis/Consonus resources, and help patients achieve improved function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
