Loyola University New Orleans is seeking an Associate Registrar for Scheduling to provide subject-matter expertise in academic calendars, class scheduling, space management, and transfer course articulations. The role supports planning, data presentation, and collaboration across colleges.

Reporting to the University Registrar, the Associate Registrar for Scheduling provides subject matter expertise in the areas of academic calendars, class scheduling, space management, and transfer course articulations.

In accordance with the Campus Security Act as amended, Loyola University publishes annually and distributes to members of the academic community, and upon request to prospective (students/employees), an annual security report.
