Strong skiing skills are required, with opportunities to improve on the job.* Race and Competition Assistants participate in all aspects of event/race production. Full-time and part-time positions are available for the 2026-2027 winter season.* The Race Department hosts various ski, snowboard, and winter sport events. Duties include setting up safety fencing, moving equipment via skiing or snowmobile, controlling ski run closures, setting up gates and timing equipment, and maintaining courses. Tear down gates, fencing, and signage at the end of events. On-the-job training and supervision provided by experienced staff.* Work within a close-knit team, relying on and supporting each other daily in all conditions.
