Food Manufacturing is seeking an Assistant Quality Technician to join the QA team in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will support finished product and ingredient testing, with emphasis on food safety, accuracy, and learning across QA areas.

The role offers two shifts, a hands-on chance to analyze finished goods, conduct sensory evaluations, and help ensure quality before shipment. You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety to uphold our rigorous standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, lab, or related environment preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety and quality procedures consistently.
• Comfort working in a lab environment and supporting sampling and testing activities.

• Assist with analyzing finished product using various test methods, including wet chemistry.
• Perform sensory evaluations of in-process and finished product.
• Review food safety, regulatory, and quality test results prior to releasing finished goods for shipment.
• Assist with microbiological sampling, sample preparation, and testing as needed.

Pay Range:

$21.18

Shift: 2 positions available:

2nd shift: Sat & Sun 12pm -12am, Mon & Tues 4pm-12am (this position will end 4/24/27)
3rd shift: Sat & Sun 12am -12pm, Thur & Fri 12am -8am (this position will end 12/26/26)
