Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of municipal Public Works experience with at least 5 years in supervisory/management roles.
• Strong knowledge of water distribution, wastewater collection, and utility operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director with department administration, goals, policies, and long-range plans.
• Coordinate divisions, personnel, equipment, facilities, and programs for efficient service delivery.
• Oversee water, wastewater collection, drainage maintenance, and utility infrastructure operations.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and capital improvement plans for City leadership.
