Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Leander, TX is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager (APTM) to lead a high-performance PT team and deliver exceptional client results through coaching, programming, and sales.

You will oversee staff development, schedule sessions, grow client rosters, and ensure accurate administration of PT services and dotFIT programs, while maintaining top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3–10 employees preferred.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Must demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all PT team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and guide with the goal of acquiring PT clients.
• Drive Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly/monthly new client targets.
• Counsel members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness and guide accountability.
