You’ll lead coaching cycles, help drive new client acquisition, and ensure top-tier PT services, records, dotFIT programming, and supplement sales while supporting a culture of growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-performing personal training team through coaching cycles and ongoing education to build engagement and professional growth.
• Drive new client acquisition, client retention, supplement recommendations, and personal training sales through Kickoff experiences and team coaching.
• Uphold high standards in PT services, including client records, dotFIT programming, progress tracking, and supplement sales, with strong team and member support.
