Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Texas is hiring an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance PT team, drive new client acquisition, and oversee coaching, programming, and progress tracking.

You will manage PT services, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting dotFIT programs and supplements. A pathway for growth and a membership-driven culture are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and manage KPIs and business metrics

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all PT team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience to acquire personal training clients.
• Drive scheduling, programming, and progress tracking for clients and programs.
