Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Edmond, OK seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to support a high-performance PT team. You will lead staff development, drive client generation, and manage scheduling while maintaining a roster of PT clients.

You will ensure accurate administration of PT services, educate clients on dotFIT programs and supplements, and contribute to club success through KPI-driven coaching and results.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience required.
• Experience managing and coaching a PT team preferred.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and applying fitness expertise of all PT team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff and guide with goal of acquiring PT clients.
• Drive Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly/monthly new client targets.
• Counsel members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness and Accountability.
• Ensure accurate PT services administration including dotFIT and supplements.
