Beyond Expectation, a multifaceted mental health practice in the Las Vegas valley, seeks a Testing Assistant to support a licensed Clinical Psychologist in administering and scoring standardized tests and preparing reports for patients.

The role involves evaluating cognitive abilities, personality characteristics, and social skills across age groups, with a focus on accuracy and clear clinical interpretation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Competency in administering and scoring standardized instruments for cognitive and intellectual functioning.
• Ability to compile clear, accurate reports for clinical interpretation.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

We are seeking an Assistant to support our licensed Clinical Psychologist in administering and scoring standardized tests and preparing reports for patients in a non‑discriminatory, culturally competent environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in conducting psychological evaluations for children, teens, and adults to assess cognitive abilities, personality characteristics, and social skills.
