Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Testing Psychologist at Lifespan, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial or neurocognitive intakes for psychological testing.
  • Administer and interpret a range of psychological testing batteries.
  • Score testing materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete progress notes and maintain all documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Actively participate in case conferences and consultation groups as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current legal and ethical standards (e.g., HIPAA) pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, and professional boundaries.
Who We're Looking For
  • A Doctorate Degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology from an APA‑accredited program.
  • A current and active license to practice Psychology in California (or eligibility for registration as a Psychological Associate).
  • Prior experience with, and knowledge of, psychological testing administration, scoring, and interpretation.
  • Specific experience working with children and/or adolescents is highly desirable.
  • Current professional liability insurance (if licensed).
  • Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and report‑writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
