Are you a service-focused professional with a passion for property operations and guest experiences? Join The Ascent as an Assistant Property Manager! Duties Include:

• Oversee daily property operations, focusing on inspections, rental management, and invoicing accuracy.
• Inspect residences regularly to ensure quality, identify maintenance needs, and uphold standards.
• Manage rental pipeline, support revenue goals, and ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Location: The Ascent, Avon, CO.

Start Date: 6/1/2025

Posting Close Date: 6/1/2025 (anticipated)

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Compensation: $25-28/hr DOE + $1,000 Signing Bonus (paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days)

Schedule: M-F during summer and off-season; weekends required during ski season.

Minimum Requirements

Ideal candidates have experience in Property Management or Hospitality, strong organizational skills, and remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. You will serve as a key contact for owners, guests, and vendors, managing invoicing, rentals, and vendor coordination efficiently. A team player who leads by example and upholds East West Hospitality standards is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess a valid Driver’s License.
