Duties Include:
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day success of property operations, focusing on inspections, rental program oversight, and invoicing accuracy. You’ll inspect residences to ensure quality standards are met, proactively identify maintenance or repair needs, manage the rental pipeline to support revenue goals, and ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Location: The Ascent – Avon, CO.
Start Date: 6/1/2025
Posting Close Date: 6/1/2025 (anticipated)
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
Compensation: $25–28/hr. DOE + $1,000 Signing Bonus (paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days of employment)
Schedule: M-F during summer and offseason months; weekends required during ski season
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in Property Management or Hospitality operations, strong organizational skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional approach. Serve as a key contact for owners, guests, and vendors, managing invoicing, rental oversight, and vendor coordination with self-reliance and efficiency. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a valid Driver’s License are required.
