Duties Include:

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day success of property operations with a strong emphasis on inspections, rental program oversight, and invoicing accuracy. You’ll regularly inspect residences to ensure quality standards are met, proactively identifying maintenance or repair needs to keep our homes in top condition. You’ll also manage the rental pipeline-monitoring performance, supporting revenue goals, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Location: The Ascent - Avon, CO.

Start Date: ASAP

Posting Close Date: 7/23/2025 (anticipated)

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Compensation: $25- 28/hr. DOE + $1,000 Signing Bonus (tobe paid in two allotments after 90 and 180 days of employment)

Schedule: M-F during the summer and offseason months, weekends will be required during ski season

Minimum Requirements

Our ideal candidate brings experience in Property Management or Hospitality operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional approach. You'll serve as a key contact for owners, guests, and vendors, managing invoicing, rental oversight, and vendor coordination with self-reliance and efficiency. A team player who leads by example, you’ll help uphold East West Hospitality’s standards while contributing to a positive, accountable work culture. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and a valid Driver’s License are required.
