VOA - Texas is seeking a property management support professional in Rosenberg, TX. The role handles applications, leases, rent collection, and file maintenance in accordance with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and four years of general office experience required.
• One year of property management experience preferred.
• COS certification is a plus; valid Texas driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Processes applications, certifications and re-certifications, completes lease packets, calculates rent, and prepares documents per Fair Housing laws.
• Responsible for collection of regular monthly rents from residents.
• Maintains resident and property files and waiting lists.
• Assists in supervision of staff and building maintenance.
• Assists in all administrative duties for internal and external agencies.
• Assumes property responsibility during brief absences of the Community Administrator.
