Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Tucson, AZ property. You will assist the property manager with daily operations, leasing, and resident relations to ensure exceptional service and efficient property performance.

Responsibilities include lease administration, reporting, and coordinating maintenance, with emphasis on resident satisfaction, retention, and safe, well-maintained communities. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction and lease lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable: collect rent, post rent, deposits, and balance rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and unlawful detainers.
• Process move-ins/move-outs/lease renewals and service requests.
