The Assistant Property Manager – Multi-Family is a full-time, on-site role based in Portland, OR, supporting daily operations of a residential community. This role assists with leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease documents, while ensuring a positive experience for current and prospective residents. The Assistant Property Manager responds to resident inquiries, coordinates service requests with maintenance staff, and helps manage move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections. Responsibilities include handling rent collection, posting payments, preparing notices, and supporting accurate reporting and recordkeeping. The role also helps with marketing the property, maintaining curb appeal and office organization, and ensuring compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and fair housing laws.
