Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in compliance with HUD 4350.3 Handbook.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing issues promptly.
• Track arrears and oversee lease renewal program for retention rate.
• Ensure rents are collected, posted, and deposited daily.

Skills

Affordable housing leasing experience

Knowledge of local residential market

Experience with EIV and Yardi

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
