We are a boutique, family-owned real estate management and brokerage firm focusing on Harlem, Northern Manhattan, and the Bronx. Our portfolio includes condos, co-ops, and multifamily buildings. Established in 1926, we are a seasoned company committed to excellence.

We are seeking an organized and motivated Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager to assist in managing our building portfolio. The role involves daily interactions with vendors, residents, and staff, reporting to the Senior Property Manager, and performing administrative duties such as liaising with residents, rent collection, bookkeeping, lease renewals, property registration, organizing viewings, and overseeing maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage building occupancy and maintenance
  • Communicate with tenants regarding issues
  • Coordinate maintenance and facility needs with tenants and vendors
  • Assist in creating advertising materials
  • Collect rent and maintain financial records
  • Arrange repairs and services with vendors
  • Resolve complaints and violations
  • Assist with resident inquiries and inspections
  • Manage budgets, rent collections, and notices
  • Maintain resident files and reports
Qualifications and Skills
