This role emphasizes accuracy in rent collection and service order processing. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with knowledge of Yardi and MS Office preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of leasing, bookkeeping or operations experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management best practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with administration of the property and daily operations.
• Show vacant and model units, quote rental rates, and pursue lease status.
• Process applications, deposits and rent collections; conduct move-in/out inspections.
