Brookside Properties seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Kinley at the Park & Kinley Flats in Columbia, TN. You’ll support daily operations, drive occupancy, and deliver outstanding resident service while leading a small team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily/property management experience.
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing, screening, and onboarding new team members.
• Support training and scheduling of office personnel.
• Help maintain occupancy and delinquency goals.
• Utilize leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies to maximize performance.
• Process purchase orders and invoices accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests.
• Apply effective leasing and sales techniques to achieve rental goals.
• Maintain professional communication and documentation standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in all resident and team interactions.
