Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join its residential management team. The role supports move-out processing, lease renewals, resident relations, and occupancy forecasting in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
