Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager and team with administrative tasks, sales and customer service. You will help maintain resident records, process payments, and contribute to financial success while delivering great service to residents.

You bring at least two years in the apartment industry, people management experience, and the ability to adapt to new technologies. A patient, team-first attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the apartment industry.
• Experience managing people is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Basic understanding of a property budget.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Patience as a virtue when working with residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate resident records daily.
• Manage electronic payments through the Resident Portal.
• Stay aware of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for financial success.
• Interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain professional resident communications in writing and verbally.
• Mentor and assist the leasing team; be the go-to person.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team.
