CAF Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Denton, TX. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing oversight, rent collection, resident relations, and daily operations to keep the community running smoothly.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented, people-oriented individuals looking to grow a property management career. Experience with Entrata and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are a plus; Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multifamily leasing or assistant property management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with property management systems like Entrata.
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including leasing, resident communication, and service coordination
• Help manage rent collection, delinquencies, and financial reporting
• Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident events
• Work closely with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals
• Use Entrata to maintain resident records, prepare reports, and manage workflows
• Respond to resident questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community goals
