Job summary

Richmark Properties Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and resident relations under the Property Manager. The role emphasizes strong customer service, on-site tasks, and adherence to compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in apartment leasing, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and can use ResMan or similar software. A current driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in apartment leasing; Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong multitasking and deadline-driven work style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to retain and relay information clearly and accurately.
• Experience with apartment renovations is a plus.
• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks and property operations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional communication with residents and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for property and operational improvements and communicate observations to the Property Manager.
• Perform on-site duties, including tasks requiring a valid driver’s license.
• Assist with leasing, rent collection, and resident notices.
• Help track and coordinate apartment renovations and turn processes.
• Use property management software; experience with ResMan is a plus.
