Job summary

TLR Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Royal Breeze Apartments in Clearwater. The role supports the Property Manager, ensuring efficient operation, strong occupancy, and ROI for the owner while following company guidelines.

You will collect payments, oversee deposits, manage notices, assist with evictions, use property management software, and support leasing efforts to meet community goals. A professional, customer‑focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 35–40 hours per week, schedule varies with weekend shifts.
• Overtime may be required.
• Experience in property management or leasing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and secures rental and utility payments.
• Make daily bank deposits and verify the accuracy of those deposits.
• Deliver late rent letters and notices; personally contacts residents with unpaid rent.
• Assist in eviction processes and follow-up procedures.
• Utilize property management software and other systems for day-to-day responsibilities.
• Assist in the leasing process to meet community and company goals.
• Prepare accounting records and reports, including deposit accounts and monthly closeout.
• Assist in leasing to maintain occupancy and retention of current residents.
• Meet with residents regularly to address delinquencies or occupancy issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professional demeanor.
