You\'ll gain exposure to all facets of property management, from leasing and maintenance coordination to financial support, while working full-time on-site at The Heights at 701 Apartments in Harker Heights.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management or related real estate, housing, or hospitality.
• Working knowledge of leasing processes and basic property operations.
• Familiar with property management systems; AppFolio is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with a customer-service focus.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Support leasing activities, renewals, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up.
• Conduct property inspections and support improvement projects.
• Assist with vendor coordination and service agreements.
• Support regulatory compliance across properties.
• Help manage operations across multiple properties with strong organization.
