Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Assistant Property Manager II for our partner, a mission-driven housing organization committed to providing safe, stable, and affordable housing while fostering resident independence and long-term housing stability.
This is a full-time, onsite position in New York City.
The Assistant Property Manager II plays a key role in the day-to-day management, compliance, staff coordination, and resident services of an affordable and supportive housing property. Working closely with the Property Manager, this position oversees essential administrative and operational functions while helping ensure housing programs, resident records, and building operations remain organized and compliant. This full-time, exempt position offers an annual salary of $61,000-$70,000 based on a 35-hour workweek. Our partner offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 403(b) retirement savings plan; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA); life and disability coverage; an Employee Assistance Program (EAP); commuter benefits; voluntary benefit options; vacation and sick time; and approximately 11-12 paid federal holidays. This position is onsite five days per week and includes regular movement throughout the property, including standing, walking, bending, and occasionally moving items weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
