Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, move-out notices, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations and respond to calls and concerns.
• Analyze leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Support marketing efforts including advertising and promotions.
• Oversee rent collections and posting of rent.
• Review vacancies and prepare units for showing.
