Key duties include rent collection, rent postings, deposits, and reporting. You’ll assist with leasing, training staff, and resident relations, while upholding company policies and local regulations. This role starts with strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Skills: strong customer service and communication.
• Service: ideally 2 years in property management.
• Social media: proficiency in creating content to generate interest and growth.
• Technical: ability to use software and search engines to engage residents and prospects.
• Education: high school diploma required; some college helpful.
• Availability: Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Process moves, evictions, and lease renewals.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with resident relations and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
