Job summary

Westmount Realty Capital in Itasca, IL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a growing portfolio of commercial properties in the greater Chicago area. You will assist with daily operations, tenant relations, and coordinating vendors.

The role requires at least 3+ years of industrial/commercial property management, strong organizational skills, and comfort using MRI and Avid Xchange with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial/commercial property management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required.
• Strong relationship-building skills with tenants and vendors.
• Proficiency with MRI and Avid Xchange software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Property Managers and coordinate tenant/vendor contact lists.
• Assist in tenant relations, lease administration, and tracking critical dates.
• Review invoices, reimbursements, and operating expenses; support budgeting processes.
• Maintain electronic lease files and ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor bids; support special projects.
