Pantzer LLC's The Point at Exton in Exton, PA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, support a onsite team, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Property Manager, leasing, maintenance, and accounting to prepare reports, monitor resident accounts, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in assistant property management or related property management roles.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to read and communicate in English are essential.
• Solid understanding of multi-family financial processes and resident account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations and supervise onsite staff.
• Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and maintenance to meet occupancy and service targets.
• Prepare regular financial reports and monitor resident accounts.
• Maintain resident relationships through communication and responsive problem-solving.
