Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Stratford Hills in Richmond, VA. Working under the Property Manager, you will help ensure cash flow and property maintenance in line with company standards while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications, move-in/out coordination, lease renewals, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting. A bilingual preference and strong customer service skills are noted.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more of the following: 2 years' work experience in retail sales or customer related service
• Detailed oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices
• Excellent customer service skills as well as sales and marketing skills

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Handle and coordinate all details of move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepare and maintain resident files according to company policies.
• Initiate the lease renewal process and forward completed packets to the Property Manager for approval.
• Process maintenance service requests.
• Maintain good resident relations in the community.
• Prepare weekly traffic/renewal status reports.
• Keep the advertising and websites file up to date.
