Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en soutien à une équipe de gestion immobilière commerciale.
  • Compétences en finances de gestion immobilière nécessaires.
  • Expérience dans un environnement de gestion immobilière à fort volume est un plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assister les gestionnaires de propriétés dans l'entretien et les relations avec les locataires.
  • Préparer le budget et concilier les comptes à recevoir.
  • Suivre les certificats d'assurance et gérer les comptes créditeurs.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Property Managers with maintenance, tenant relations, collections, and financial reporting
- Interact with tenants and building staff to ensure properties are clean, functional, and welcoming
- Support budget preparation, reconcile accounts receivable, and code invoices
- Track certificates of insurance and manage accounts payables
- Contribute to a high-performance team by delivering best-in-class service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting a commercial property management team, preferably in retail
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent organization and time management abilities
- Experience with property management financials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Yardi and AP/AR preferred
