Carteret Management Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Manager at Blue Sky Landing, a 164-unit LIHTC affordable property in Fort Pierce. The role covers leasing, marketing, resident relations, and daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with affordable programs preferred.
• Involvement with LIHTC site and tenant files.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and RealPage OneSite.
• Ability to work with on-site staff, vendors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: Maintain a positive, customer service-oriented approach to management with a goal of meeting resident and community needs.
• Operations: Assist in oversight of community, including marketing & leasing, monitoring work orders, handling resident concerns, and recertification processes.
• Compliance: Ensure strict LIHTC standards compliance.
• Administrative: Maximize RealPage OneSite usage; manage filings, notices, and tenant inquiries.
