Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a 204-unit residential property in Glen Burnie, MD. You will support the Property Manager, assist with leasing, rent collection, and resident communications in a fast-paced, high-service environment.

Ideal candidate has at least one year of property management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with RealPage OneSite and MS Office. This role emphasizes professionalism and attention to resident welfare.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of property management experience.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Capable of performing duties of the Property Manager in their absence.
• Ability to work well with and troubleshoot resident issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management of residential properties.
• Show units and screen applicants for leasing.
• Assist in certifying residents' income and collecting rent.
• Prepare notices and support legal proceedings as needed.
• Maintain records of rental levels and inspection schedules.
• Assist in vendor work orders and budget adherence.
• Greet residents and maintain professional communication.
