Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations of Star View Court, an affordable housing community on Treasure Island, San Francisco. This on-site role focuses on resident services and property administration.

You will handle rent collections, leasing assistance, resident records, and coordinate events with the front desk and maintenance teams. HUD and Tax Credit compliance experience are essential, and the position offers competitive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience.
• Property management knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws.
• Knowledge of real estate property management applications.

Responsibilities

• Enters data in resident accounts receivable ledgers.
• Assists with resident records documentation.
• Collects rent and other income, makes bank deposits, and forwards receipts.
• Assists with the leasing process from initial application to move-in.
• Responds to customer services requests.
• May work outside normal business hours to respond to the needs of the property.
