Job summary

Glacier West Self Storage in Tualatin, OR is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee daily facility operations and deliver excellent service to tenants. You will handle inquiries, process payments, perform site checks, and coordinate maintenance with vendors.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work independently, a valid driver's license, and prior customer service or self-storage experience. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sale experience preferred.
• Employee must possess a valid DL.
• Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
• Self-Storage experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Handles day to day operations of the facility.

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at Glacier West Location in Tualatin, OR.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handles day to day operations of the facility.
• Provides excellent customer service experience.
• Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Performs daily site checks.
• Assisting customers seeking storage units.
• Collecting and processing payments.
• Contacting delinquent occupants.
• Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
• Property Inspections.
• Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.
• Location Open Monday - Saturday
  • M-F 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm
  • Schedule is typically Monday through Friday for this role, however, flexibility is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sale experience preferred.

Pay rate: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
