You will be a key onsite representative of the Oxford property management team in day-to-day operations. The Assistant Property Manager will provide world-class customer service to tenants and customers. You will be responsible for the overall Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes (applying cash, working in JDE, coding invoices, etc.). The position will also involve property operations including monitoring the work order system, contracts, maintaining customer and vendor relationships, lease and vendor files, COIs, property tours, etc. Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, corporate/regional, and leasing personnel.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and other locations are listed below. The final offer will consider various factors including skills and experience.
Primary location: District of Columbia. Base pay range: $65,000 - $85,000.
