Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain your property, including customer service and property upkeep.
• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions with excellent service.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, rent storage units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments, and perform courtesy calls for late payments.
• Perform property maintenance such as cleaning, lock checks, unit showing, and light repairs.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, and climbing.
