Job summary

Aviare Place is looking for an Assistant Property Manager with financial experience to join RAM Partners, LLC. The role involves managing daily financial operations, rent processing, and resident accounts, with responsibility for invoicing and reporting.

Responsibilities include vendor payments, delinquency follow-up, move-outs, and maintaining high resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office are required to succeed in this onsite position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience (YARDI, OnSite, etc.).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily transactions: collect/post rent, fees, and payments; prepare deposits and financial reports.
• Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
• Review resident files and accounting records; communicate on balances and delinquencies.
• Process resident move outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance; ensure completion.
• Generate interest and highlight community features to set it apart.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.
• Act as onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.

$20 to $21 per hour

Aviare Place is looking for an Assistant Property Managerwith financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits and financial reports


• Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment


• Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies


• Process resident move outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements


• Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident’s requests have been completed


• Generate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits - and highlight what sets it apart from the competition


• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution


• Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager
