Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with financial experience to support daily financial operations of a multi-family community. You will handle rent and fee postings, deposits, and financial reporting, and review invoices for payment.

You will communicate with residents about balances, assist with delinquency procedures, and coordinate move-outs with lease terms. The role includes on-site supervision in the Property Manager’s absence and collaboration with maintenance and

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Industry software experience (YARDI, etc.).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits, and financial reports
  • Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment
  • Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, and implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies
  • Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements
  • Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure that resident's requests have been completed
  • Generate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition
  • Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution
  • Act as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Property Managerwith financial experience.
