Salary Range: $14.50 - $16.00 Hourly

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 815 North 26th St, Tampa, FL 33605
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits according to company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness through inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Run errands and travel between store locations as needed.
Typical Day:

Your day involves preparing for opening, assisting customers, processing rental agreements, and performing property inspections. You will engage in meetings, training, and end your day with closing procedures, ensuring security. The schedule is five days a week, with no Sundays and work ending by 6 pm, supporting a healthy work/life balance.
