Fogelman is hiring in Charleston! We are expanding and adding another beautiful community to our portfolio.
The Reserve at Westcott in Summerville will transition in late April, and we are seeking a strong Assistant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with at least 2 years as an Assistant Property Manager, preferably on a Conventional property. They should be detail-oriented, skilled in delinquency and collections, and provide exceptional customer service. Yardi experience is a plus!

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for rent collection and posting, delinquency management, move-out procedures, monthly reporting, resident services, and leasing. They will also assist the Property Manager with property operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
