Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking an energetic Assistant Community Manager for our Western MA properties. You will greet residents, conduct tours, and drive occupancy with strong customer service and sales focus.

You’ll develop marketing campaigns, assist in rent collection, and guide applicants through the application process, using One-Site and Microsoft Office for admin tasks. A passion for people and a can-do attitude are a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
• Ability to conduct property tours and interact with residents.
• Comfort with marketing and promotional activities.
• Willingness to handle rent collection and applications.

• Utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office and One-Site, to streamline administrative tasks and manage office operations
• Play an active role in promoting career opportunities within the company and assist in building a cohesive team environment

*Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.

The pay range for this role is full-time, hourly between $20-$23hr plus bonuses.
