Job summary

Quorum Real Estate Property Management in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio and deliver excellent experiences for residents and owners.

You will work alongside property managers, coordinate maintenance, assist with leasing, and help maintain financial and operational records. This role blends administrative tasks with on-site visits and tenant relations, offering growth in a locally trusted company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of property management, leasing, or related real estate/administrative experience.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily management of a diverse residential property portfolio.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, coordinate maintenance with vendors, and handle service requests.
  • Support lease administration including renewals and rent adjustments.
  • Conduct property inspections, showings, and oversee turnover processes.
  • Maintain records of rents, deposits, and property-related expenses.

Quorum Real Estate, a respected and long-standing property management company in Seattle, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This position provides key support to our property management operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our residential portfolio and an exceptional experience for both residents and property owners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of administrative work, resident and owner interaction, and site visits. You’ll work closely with our property managers and play an important role in overseeing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and supporting financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily management of a diverse residential property portfolio
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, handle service requests, and coordinate maintenance with vendors
  • Support lease administration, including preparing renewals, processing rent increases, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Conduct property inspections, showings, and help oversee unit turnovers and move-in/move-out processes
  • Maintain accurate records of rents, deposits, and property-related expenses
  • Communicate with property owners regarding updates, budgets, and operational issues
  • Help manage marketing and advertising for vacancies as needed
  • Provide back-up support for leasing activities when required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, or related real estate/administrative work
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and property owners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
