Job Details
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 230 Grayton Village Rd, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Conduct regular property walks during shifts.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May run errands and travel between store locations.
Typical Day

Your day involves opening preparations, customer interactions, property inspections, and closing procedures. You will handle rental agreements, process payments, and ensure safety and security. The schedule allows for a work/life balance, working five days a week (no Sundays) and finishing by 6 pm.
